Twin Towers Mall main floor in Downtown Peoria up for auction

PEORIA (25News Now) -A downtown Peoria landmark is headed to auction.

The Twin Towers Mall’s main floor is listed on the commercial real estate website Crexi, where bidding started Monday.

Any potential buyer needs to put forth a 10% earnest money deposit, also known as a “good faith deposit,” but bidding starts at a dollar.

Peoria-based Joseph and Camper Commercial is leading the sale.

The building, located at 456 Fulton Street, was sold in 2021 after its longtime owner, Jeff Graves, moved to Texas. The building has seen its ups and downs over the years, but it is located in a prime location across from Peoria City Hall and the Civic Center.

Businesses in the mall seem split about whether to worry or have optimism for this change.

According to the listing website, “Twin Towers Mall is recently under new ownership with a focus on creating a vibrant downtown multi-use hub.”

Bidding will end on December 30th, 2025.
