Pivotal Peoria shopping center back on the market for $2.7 million
PEORIA (25News Now) - Less than a year after new ownership, a portion of Peoria’s Metro Centre is back on the market.
Metro Centro’s old owners on what comes next
On the commercial real estate website loopnet.com, a portion of the property is listed for around $2.7 million. Stores within that portion of the Metro Centre include Peoria Camera Shop, 50’s Diner, Alexander’s Travel, Farmer’s Insurance, Freedom Chiropractic, and the Balanced Bee.
The building was under ownership with T Peoria IL, LLC, owned by a Tabani group in Dallas, Texas.
The Centre is located off University Street and has been open since 1971.
