Left lanes of both directions of I-74 in downtown Peoria to close for a few hours Nov. 21

PEORIA (25News Now) - The left lanes of both directions of Interstate 74 will close November 21 for guardrail repairs.
The Illinois Department of Transportation says the work is expected to start at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday and will last 2-3 hours.
IDOT says no detour will be posted.
Motorists can expect delays and should allow for extra time driving through the area.
The use of alternate routes should be considered, when feasible.
