Last day with highs in the upper 60s, more seasonable Friday
Breezy afternoon
PEORIA (25News Now) - Today will be similar to yesterday with highs in the upper 60s, however we’ll see skies turn mostly cloudy by late afternoon and early evening. Winds will also be breezy, gusting up to 30 mph this afternoon. A cold front will move through overnight that will bring some light rain showers that will exit by Friday morning. Clouds will exit quickly, and the day will be mostly sunny and cooler with highs in the upper 40s and low 50s.

The weekend will be sunny and dry as well with highs in the low to mid 50s. Our next system looks to move in Monday afternoon and evening and will linger rain chances into Tuesday. Rainfall amounts look higher in southern Illinois, so we’ll keep an eye on the track of this system. It’ll also be windy during this time with gusts likely up to 35mph. Highs will be near 50 on Monday, then in the 40s Tuesday and Wednesday.

The remainder of the work week looks dry but cooler than normal. Highs near and after Thanksgiving look to take a dip into the 30s.
