Washington’s Eli Papis back making an impact for Panthers after Bradley Brave comeback

(25News Now) - Washington senior linebacker Eli Papis is an impact defender for the state quarterfinal-bound Panthers. He’s making up for the time he lost during his junior season.
In week 5, Papis got hurt, tearing tendons in his ankles. He then tried to play on it, which he admits was not the right decision. The injury forced him to have surgery and miss the remainder of the season. But he’s worked his way back to health, thanks in large part to his dad, Eddie Papis, the Director of Sports Performance at Bradley University. With the help of his dad and his own hard work, Eli Papis is ready to continue making his senior year a special one at Washington
