Shooting leaves 17-year-old with non-life-threatening injuries

PEORIA (25News Now) - A 17-year-old was reportedly shot while walking in Peoria overnight.
Peoria Police spokesperson Semone Roth says officers were called to a hospital at around 1:03 a.m. Thursday for a gunshot victim that had arrived.
The juvenile says he was walking in the 600 block of East Nebraska when he was shot by an unknown person from a passing vehicle.
Roth says the injuries are not life-threatening.
There is currently no suspect information. The shooting is under investigation.
