2 men evade police after early afternoon chase in Peoria
A firearm was recovered during that chase.

PEORIA (25News Now) - 2 men got away from Peoria Police after the vehicle they were in did not stop.
Peoria Police spokesperson Semone Roth says officers attempted to pull a vehicle over at 1:37 p.m. at Griswold and Starr, but the vehicle fled.
Two men exited the vehicle and fled on foot between Greenlawn and Wa and got away.
One firearm was recovered during the chase.
