Midday shooting leaves two with non-life-threatening injuries

UPDATE 1:53 P.M. - Peoria Public Schools says Trewyn is on a soft lockdown because of this shooting.
PEORIA (25News Now) - 2 people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Peoria.
Police spokesperson Semone Roth says one person was shot in the leg, and the other shot in the backside.
Officers responded at around 1:14 p.m. outside Family Food Market on West Starr Street for a 12-round ShotSpotter alert.
Police taped off the area around the market.
No other information on the victims or any suspect information is currently available.
Police are still investigating at the time.
