25 Sports Football Friday Week 6: Small Schools Highlights

(25News Now) - Our 25 Sports Game of the Week was a state-ranked matchup in the Illini Prairie Conference. Class 2A No. 4 Bloomington Central Catholic went on the road and picked up a huge 35-21 win over Class 3A No. 5 St. Joseph-Ogden on Friday night. Elsewhere in the Illini Prairie, Prairie Central beat P-B-L 32-0.

In the Sangamo Conference, Class 3A No. 6 Olympia battled but ultimately fell 35-26 to Class 2A No. 1 Maroa-Forsyth.

In the Twin Cities, Normal U-High picked up a 73-6 non-conference win over Urbana.

In the Heart of Illinois Conference, Class 2A No. 2 Tri-Valley moved to 6-0 with a 28-8 win over Dee-Mack. Elsewhere in the HOI, Eureka topped Tremont 63-6 and El Paso-Gridley picked up a 47-18 win over Ridgeview/Lexington.

In the Prairieland/Lincoln Trail Conference, Farmington moved to 6-0 on the season with a 26-8 win over Macomb. Meanwhile, Elmwood-Brimfield fell 20-12 to Mercer County while Stark County stayed unbeaten with a 24-14 win over ROWVA/Williamsfield.
