(25News Now) - Make it 6 weeks and 6 wins for Normal Community football. The Class 7A No. 4 Ironmen ran their record to a perfect 6-0 with a 42-10 win over Danville on Friday night. Elsewhere in the Big 12, state-ranked Normal West got a 54-0 win over Peoria Manual while Bloomington fell on the road at Champaign Centennial.

In Peoria, Peoria Notre Dame welcomed Champaign Central to Dozer Park for their annual Shamrock Classic homecoming game at the home of the Peoria Chiefs. PND became playoff-eligible with a 53-21 win over the Maroons to move to 5-1. Meanwhile, state-ranked Peoria High picked up a 76-13 win over crosstown rival Peoria Richwoods.

In the Mid-Illini Conference, Class 6A No. 4 Washington stayed unbeaten in conference play with a 72-8 win over East Peoria. Meanwhile, Morton moved to 6-0 with a 57-0 win against Limestone while Dunlap did the same in a 48-0 victory over Canton. Elsewhere, Metamora beat Pekin 48-14.
