Three people sent to hospital with minor injuries in Friday afternoon crash

PEORIA (25News Now) - Three people were sent to the hospital with minor injuries after a multi-car accident Friday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 2:30 p.m. Multiple police cars and firetrucks responded to the Nebraska and Sterling Avenues intersection. According to the Peoria Police Department, three cars were involved in the accident.
PPD did not provide further details about the crash.
