(25News Now) - Week 3 of the high school football season is rivalry week. In the Mid-Illini, Washington visits Metamora in the final rivalry game for Panthers head coach Darrell Crouch. In the Big 12, Normal Community visits Normal West and Wildcats wide receiver Sencerre Brown has a unique perspective on the rivalry matchup.
Wednesday night brought us a great Mid-Illini vs. Big 12 Conference battle on the soccer pitch as Dunlap used two late goals to sneak past Normal Community 2-0.
In volleyball, Bloomington Central Catholic picked up a two-set win over Heyworth.
In golf, Normal U-High had the top four scores to win the Intercity Girls Golf championship at Ironwood.
