Pekin man arrested in El Paso for alleged sex crimes

El PASO (25News Now) - El Paso Police say a Pekin man was arrested after allegedly arranging to meet with a 15-year-old girl.
The department says Dustin Armbrust, 41, was met by several El Paso officers and a Woodford County sheriff’s deputy and taken into custody without incident.
He was arrested for indecent solicitation of a minor, solicitation to meet a minor, grooming of a minor and traveling to meet a minor.
El Paso Police emphasize that at no point throughout the investigation was there ever a minor involved or present or in any danger.
