(25News Now) - The Intercity Soccer Tournament kicked off on Monday in Bloomington-Normal. At Normal West, the Wildcats took down Bloomington Central Catholic 6-2 to open the tournament with a victory. Elsewhere, Normal U-High stormed past Bloomington 8-0.
In volleyball, IVC continued their strong start to the season with a victory over Peoria Notre Dame. Meanwhile, Morton topped Tremont in two and Illini Bluffs took down Peoria Christian in 3.
