25 Sports Football Friday 2023 Week 1: Big Schools Highlights

(25News Now) - The wait is finally over. The high school football season is officially here. Teams all over Central Illinois kicked off the 2023 season on Friday night.
We’ve got highlights from Peoria High vs. Rochester, Peoria Notre Dame vs. Peoria Manual, Normal Community vs. Springfield Sacred Heart-Griffin, Normal West vs. Champaign Central and Bloomington vs. Peoria Richwoods in the Big 12.
In the Mid-Illini Conference, we have highlights from Metamora’s upset win over Sterling, Morton’s upset win over Mahomet, Dunlap’s win over Galesburg and Eureka’s win over Canton.
