25 Sports High School Thursday - August 24, 2023 - 25 Sports Football Tour ends at East Peoria

(25News Now) - We are now just one day away from the kickoff to the high school football season on Friday night. Area teams are getting in their final preparations and they’re more than ready to get the season going.
And being the final night before the season, our 25 Sports Football Tour makes its final stop. The tour stops in East Peoria to check out the Raiders.
Thursday was also a busy night of high school volleyball with some great matchups. At the Potterdome, Normal West topped Morton in two. In a Big 12 vs. Mid-Illini matchup, Washington beat Bloomington in three. In small schools action, Tri-Valley bested Bloomington Central Catholic in two while IVC beat Geneseo in two.
