(25News Now) - For 20 years, you could bookmark a spot for the Stark County Rebels in the IHSA playoffs.
The Rebels made 20 straight postseason appearances from 1996-2017 but then missed the playoffs for four years in a row. That changed in 2022.
Stark County snapped their playoff drought and made it back to Week 10 before falling to ROWVA in the first round. That’s given them confidence to again get back to the postseason this year, but this time they want more than just an appearance. They want to win a couple games and make a playoff run.
