Pekin Police want help finding slot machine thief

PEKIN (25News Now) - Pekin Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman suspected of stealing a slot machine winnings ticket from a Pekin business.

The theft occurred on May 11, around 11:30 p.m. around the 200 N block of 5th Street.

In-house slot machines print out paper receipts that players cash in at an ATM. In the video, you can see the suspect snatch the ticket while the player is looking the other way, cash it out, and walk out of the building. She looks back once while waiting for the money to dispense. The video lasts 30 seconds.
