UPDATE: Westbound I-74 blocked near Goodfield after multi-vehicle crash

UPDATE (10:35 p.m.) - Woodford County Sheriff’s Police say two passenger cars and a pickup truck pulling a trailer were involved in the crash that closed down the westbound lanes of I-74 at mile marker 113, near Goodfield.

Only minor injuries are reported.

Police say the truck and the trailer overturned, blocking the westbound lanes. Westbound traffic is being diverted at Carlock. The eastbound lanes are not affected.

Traffic should return to normal in the westbound lanes during the midnight hour, according to police.

WOODFORD COUNTY (25News Now) - Several vehicles were involved in a crash that blocked the westbound lanes of I-74 near Goodfield in Woodford County.

The accident happened near the 113-mile marker.

A police dispatcher said traffic is being diverted off of westbound 74 at Carlock. Apparently, there are no injuries.

Illinois State Police and Woodford County Sheriff’s Police are on the scene.
