Book fair for Trewyn students offers books at low prices

PEORIA (25News Now) - Most books at a student book fair can cost upwards of $20, but one school on Peoria’s southside was able to get them for much less thanks to one group’s adoption of the effort.
The Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh Peoria chapter hosted its third annual book fair at Trewyn School offering more than 500 books.
The organization has worked with Trewyn for more than 12 years through various programs focused on reading.
They fundraise to buy the books., then host a book fair where students can buy books from 25 cents up to $5.
