Metamora tennis duo of Bryton Short, Alexander Schroff win 25 Sports Athlete of the Week

(25News Now) - Metamora tennis is home to the last two sectional singles champions. They just happen to be different people.
In 2021, Bryton Short won the sectional title as a sophomore. In 2022, Alexander Schroff was the sectional champion. Now both seniors, they’re once again performing at a very high level.
Both have recently joined Metamora’s 100-win club and are threats in the state tournament. Now it’s just time to determine whether they’ll be going into state as singles players or as a dangerous doubles pairing.
