(25News Now) - We got a very intriguing non-conference soccer matchup on Saturday afternoon in the Twin Cities. Morton went on the road and beat Normal West xx-xx for an impressive non-con victory.
In baseball, Washington earned an impressive doubleheader sweep over Bloomington, 16-6 and 13-3. Meanwhile, Morton swept a doubleheader with Bloomington while Dunlap fell to Springfield.
In softball, Washington powered past Illini Bluffs 2-1 at the Panthers ‘Swing for the Cure Event’. Elsewhere, East Peoria beat Olympia 3-2 while Brimfield got an impressive 4-0 win over Tremont.
In lacrosse, Dunlap got a senior day victory, 12-4 over Lemont.
