(25News Now) - A Mid-Illini rivalry matchup headlined the night in high school softball. Conference leader Metamora beat rival Washington 6-2 to stay atop the standings. Elsewhere in the conference, Dunlap beat Pekin 9-7 in comeback fashion and East Peoria topped Limestone 7-1.
In baseball, Peoria Richwoods got an upset win over Normal West 5-3. In small schools baseball, Eureka beat Brimfield 17-2 to win their 15th straight game.
In soccer, Normal West beat Champaign Centennial 10-0 in Big Twelve Conference play.
