East Peoria investigate multiple car burglaries in area of Levee District Thursday night

EAST PEORIA (25News Now) - East Peoria Police are investigating a string of car burglaries Thursday night in the area of the Levee District.
East Peoria Police Deputy Chief David Horn says they are processing all the reports.
The burglaries reportedly happened sometime between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Less than 10 vehicles of varying types were impacted.
Horn says windows were smashed, cars were rifled through but it is unclear if any items were taken.
There is no suspect information at this time.
