East Peoria Police investigate Ulta retail theft

EAST PEORIA (25News Now) - East Peoria Police are investigating the theft of fragrances from Ulta.

Deputy Chief David Horn says two unidentified suspects went into the store carrying two large bags.

Ulta estimates around $2,500 worth of fragrances were taken.

It is being investigated as a retail theft.

Gender of the two is unknown because of the way they were dressed.

Anyone with information is asked to contact East Peoria Police.

Horn says that since Ulta’s opening, they have been a big target of retail theft. East Peoria Police have been working to combat it.

Other stores in the area have also been targeted as well.
