Man sought for questioning after dropping off shooting victim at hospital

TAZEWELL COUNTY (25News Now) - The Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office is looking to question a man who dropped off a woman at a hospital who had a gunshot wound - and then left.
Kaden I. Mcvey, 21, was identified during the investigation.
He is described as 6 foot 2 inches, 160 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
He was last seen driving away from the Hopedale Medical Complex emergency room in a silver 2011 Nissan Versa hatchback with Illinois license plate BG23343.
Deputies were dispatched to the hospital ER at around 2:29 p.m. Sunday on a report of a female shooting victim.
The victim, 23 years old, suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
She was transported to OSF St. Francis and is in stable condition.
Anyone with information on Kaden Mcvey or the silver Nissan Versa are asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 309-346-4141.
