Man arrested on burglary and drug warrants in Lexington

LEXINGTON (25News Now) - The Lexington Police Department and McLean County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man Friday, March 17 on numerous burglary and drug warrants.

The Sheriff’s Office says 45-year-old Geoffrey E. Metroz was arrested for several warrants in McLean County, including:

• Residential Burglary
• Burglary
• Possession of Methamphetamine
• Possess Amount Controlled Substance
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Metroz was taken to the McLean County Detention Facility.
