Second arrest made after internet crimes against children investigation

LIVINGSTON COUNTY (25News Now) - The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office has announced a second arrest at the conclusion of an investigation for internet crimes against children under the age of 15.
The sheriff’s office says David R. Blair, of Pontiac, was arrested for indecent solicitation of a child and traveling to meet a minor.
