PEORIA (25 News Now) - “Did we just become best friends?” might be the question from the owners of Maquet’s Rail House in Pekin after actor Will Ferrell chose their spot to stop and eat on Tuesday evening.
The celebrity spotting wasn’t made public beforehand, but quickly made rounds on Facebook.

Owner Dustin Maquet tells 25 News he got a phone call on Monday afternoon about the planned visit. Maquet says the A-list celebrity was here for a documentary he’s working on with a lifelong friend.
Maquet wasn’t able to tell us what the documentary is about and or when the public will know more, but says it was cool to have him there.
