Elmwood man indicted on child sex charges

PEORIA (25 News Now) - A Peoria County Grand Jury indicted an Elmwood man on child sex charges Tuesday.
The indictment handed down against 69-year-old Robert Arnold charges him with one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
He’s accused of having sexual contact with a person between the ages of 13 and 17 back in January.
Arnold will be arraigned on Thursday.
Bond is set at $75,000.
