Box alarm called for Bloomington house fire

BLOOMINGTON (25 News Now) - Multiple engines were called to a house fire Sunday morning in Bloomington.
According to an official release, firefighters were dispatched around 7:20 a.m to Prenzler Drive. Due to the conditions, one of the engines ordered a box alarm, with six emergency vechiles utlimately ending up at the scene. The same engine stretched a handline into the house and found a fire in the center of the structure, which was quickly put out.
No one was at home at the time of the fire, but one person is displaced. Red Cross services were not needed. The cause of the fire is undetermined and under investigation. Damage to the building was minimal, and there is no dollar loss amount at this time.
