El Paso-Gridley wrestling sisters win 25 Sports Athlete of the Week

(25 News Now) - El Paso-Gridley’s trip to the IHSA Girls State Wrestling Finals last weekend was a Sister Act. Junior Valerie Hamilton and sophomore Savannah Hamilton both finished as state runners-up at the state finals and while they’re disappointed they couldn’t pull out the win, they’re going to look back on the experience of both getting to wrestle at the same state meet with fond memories, memories that will last a lifetime as our 25 Sports Athletes of the Week.
