Washington three-time state champion Kannon Webster wins 25 Sports Athlete of the Week

(25 News Now) - Washington’s Kannon Webster had about as good a high school wrestling career as one could dream for. Webster won his third IHSA state championship in three tries (there was no IHSA state meet in 2021) on Saturday and he did so in dominant fashion. Webster went a perfect 50-0 in his senior season as he now heads toward his college career in the Big Ten at Illinois. He’s got big goals as he heads toward college and this week he is the 25 Sports Athlete of the Week.
