Kindergarteners celebrate 100 days of school in old-fashioned way

PEORIA (25 News Now) - Kindergarten students from Hines Primary School in Peoria celebrated their 100th day of school in an old-fashioned way on Monday.
The children dressed up as 100-year-old citizens, and their teachers did the same.

“The kindergarten standard by the end of the ear is counting from ones to 100 and counting by tens to 100,” said teacher Jenna Stancil. “The students called me Granny Stancil.”
Stancil added how she loves seeing the smiles on their faces.
