A letter drive that’s close to our hearts

PEORIA (25 News Now) - Our 3rd annual Lifting Spirits Letter Drive is back.

25News is collecting cards for people in nursing homes and long-term care facilities.

We hope these cards will encourage someone and make them smile.

In 2022, we collected more than 4,000 cards.

We will deliver the cards to facilities throughout Central Illinois.

The deadline is February 10th.

Any nursing home or long-term care facility can sign up to receive cards by using this form.

You can also drop off cards at any Hy-Vee location in Peoria, Bloomington or Canton.
