Rain in the work week’s forecast
PEORIA (25 News Now) - Mostly cloudy conditions with a few sprinkles return for Monday after plenty of sunshine throughout the weekend. Multiple chances for rain and mild temperatures are expected throughout the work week.
Clouds will build this morning, leading to mostly cloudy skies as a weak cold front passes through the region. A few sprinkles and a few isolated showers will be possible throughout the day, especially along and east of the Illinois River as a result of the passing front. Quiet conditions can be expected otherwise with highs in the mid 40′s.
