Bradley blows past UNI 68-53 in MVC opener

PEORIA (25 News Now) - Bradley used a dominant second half to roll past Northern Iowa 68-53 in both teams’ Missouri Valley Conference season opener on Wednesday night. Duke Deen scored a team-high 18 points to lead the way for the Braves. Rienk Mast went for a 13-point, 11-rebound double-double in just his second game back from injury while Connor Hickman chipped in another 13 for BU. Bradley now goes on the road and heads to Missouri State on Saturday, December 3rd for a 7 p.m. tipoff.
