PEORIA (25 News Now) – A former Toulon Alderman and favorite son pled guilty in federal court Thursday to three counts of child pornography.

During his court appearance before Judge Jim Shadid, prosecutors read out details of hundreds of images of child porn Musselman produced and possessed at his Toulon home, some with a tanning bed and unsuspecting local underage victims.

Musselman pleaded not-guilty back in March. The former Stark County Emergency Management Agency Director had remained free on bond.

The three counts Musselman pled guilty to are sexual exploitation of a minor, distribution of child porn, and possession of material containing child pornography. He faces a maximum of 60 years in prison if sentenced consecutively.

He was taken into custody following the hearing and will be sentenced on March 23rd.
