Hundreds of women find their Pathway to success

PEORIA (25 News Now) - Nearly three hundred women came together today to network and find new ways to lead.

The pathways to success conference provides opportunities for women to connect with other leaders while gaining more knowledge to succeed both in and out of the workplace.

The theme was redefine your leadership.

Organizer, Kristen Bertchtold, says it’s one way to foster and support getting more women in leadership locally.

“Being able to come together, connect with new folks, support each other and learn the things that they need to succeed in both their careers and personal lives”

The keynote speaker, Jen White, also gave what she says is her key to success.

“Be yourself, everyone else is already taken. I believe the true key to success is authenticity. Owning it, whatever is your true self, feeling comfortable in your own skin.”
