PEORIA (25 News Now) - It’s a warm and muggy start to Monday, with temperatures near 80° prior to daybreak. Temperatures will warm a few degrees, into the mid 80s, before a cold front moves through. The passage of the cold front will signal the potential for scattered showers and thunderstorms across central Illinois. It will not be a washout for any single location, however a few rounds of storms are possible before dry weather arrives this evening.
