Brien Davis wins 2022 Peoria City Golf Tournament

PEORIA (25 News Now) - The No. 1 seed and defending Peoria City champion Brien Davis defends his title, defeating No. 2 seed Jeff Ott 9 and 8.

Ott was attempting to win the Peoria Senior and Peoria City in the same summer, but Davis dominates the 36-hole title match.

“Was able to be steady and then got hot in the second 18 and closed him out, so,” Davis said. “It means the world to me. I gear up for this tournament every year and to win it for a third time is pretty special.”

Davis also won the Peoria City title in 2019 and 2021.
