The Shell station in East Peoria is also owned by Axis Investments LLC, according to online Tazewell County GIS records.

According to the Office of the Illinois State Fire Marshal, Axis Investments LLC owns seven gas stations in the area.

Peoria Police referred 25 News to the Illinois Department of Revenue.
