CENTRAL ILLINOIS (25 News Now) - Saturday marked a full day of area sports in Central Illinois.
The Peoria Chiefs defeat the South Bend Cubs 3-2 to earn their second-straight in.
Also Saturday, the Junior River Cup teed off at the Country Club of Peoria, and the PDGA Disc Golf World Championships wrapped up at Morton’s Northwood Park.
