The public is invited to a rally inside the Civic Center free of charge at 5:15 p.m. Arena doors open an hour before that. Mayor Rita Ali will speak, while Team Captain and Peoria native Alec Hagaman will present the President’s Cup to the fans.

There will be a chance for autographs and photo opportunities with players, coaches and the trophy.

The President Cup was awarded to the Rivermen for their come-from-behind victory in overtime Tuesday night over the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs, clinching the Southern Professional Hockey League.
