PEORIA (25 News) - The Normal Fire Department and other agencies are urging drivers to stay home due to impassible roads and massive car pile-ups.

This includes:

- Interstate 74 near Leroy

- Interstate 55 near Towanda

- Interstate 39 at El Paso
