Pekin Police investigating racist graffiti

PEKIN (25 NEWS) - Pekin Police are investigating racist graffiti found on a woman’s car.
Police said they were called to Willow Oaks Apartments Saturday where they found racist graffiti spray-painted on her car.
Family said three of the car’s tires were deflated.
Officers said they have leads they are working, but need help from surrounding communities, and people to come forward with any information.
Police said this was criminal damage to property, and the State’s Attorney would determine whether or not it’s a hate crime.
